High-Volume Periods

During holidays, special promotions, or peak shopping seasons, processing may require up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of:

Shipping rates remain the same regardless of order size or destination.

4. International Duties & Customs

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

✔ Joviblue™ is not responsible for customs-related delivery delays

Most small indoor gardening and home décor products typically experience minimal customs issues, though regulations differ by region.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after purchase to ensure efficient delivery.

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address
  • Modify your order
  • Request a cancellation

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

📸 Please email clear photos of the item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery.

After review, we will arrange a replacement if eligible.

Lost Shipments

If a package is officially confirmed lost by the shipping carrier:

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply if packages are returned and require reshipment.
